The staff here is extremely friendly and provided lots of helpful information, and the location in the center of Jackson is wonderful; we also dined at Vien Duong Restaurant, which is conveniently close by.

This was my second perfectly pleasant stay here and I would come back for sure. The hotel was located short walk to the port and restaurants and 3 seafood restaurants, behind the corner- foot massage and cafes for evening drink and cafes. I had extremely spacious room with a fridge, a sitting area, and a work desk. Really enjoyed bidet in my private bathroom.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Jackson. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. There are plenty of breakfast options available. The location is very convenient, with the port, restaurants, foot massage places, cafes, and Cat Ba National Park all nearby. There's really nothing to complain about – it's a great place to stay!

The accommodation provided a comfortable place to stay while exploring the area, and I really enjoyed the spacious double room with two double beds.

The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a hairdryer and mini fridge. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was ideal, with restaurants, cafes, and foot massage places all within walking distance.

We did encounter some issues during our stay. The owner wasn't very friendly and we had to actively ask for the AC to be turned on.
